The Standard-Examiner's editorial advice of March 1, 2010 (Our View - "Tread carefully, North Ogden") is well taken. Our city council and city staff are in the middle of putting together the budget for fiscal year 2010-2011 which begins July 1, 2010. We are being very careful indeed as we undertake this huge task and are very aware of these difficult financial times and their impacts on all of us. I want to add some additional insight to the Standard's comments.
