Weber approves change to Legacy proposal / Officials: Still lots of time to tweak plan for northern route

OGDEN -- Weber County has begun laying the groundwork for the North Legacy Parkway. The Weber County Commission on Tuesday night approved an amendment to the West Central Weber County General Plan Transportation Element that has the parkway running from 5100 West in Hooper to 6300 West before bending toward Plain City at about 2000 North.
