WEST BOUNTIFUL -- Debate over water rate increases for residents is over. Changes will go into effect April 1 with the increases reflected on May's bill and residents will be paying more than double the current minimum.
SYRACUSE -- For the first time all year, a boys team at Roy didn't lose a league game. Taking nothing away from the baseball team's performance Monday, the Royals looked good in drawing 2-2 with the Syracuse Titans in the Region 1 opener for both teams.
